What data do I need to send?
Sales or revenue data. Whatever you have — a Stripe export, a Shopify export, a QuickBooks report, an Excel spreadsheet, a CSV. The more recent and complete, the better the findings. I'll send you a short checklist when you sign up.
What if my data is messy?
That's expected. Most SME data is messy. I'll clean what I need to clean as part of the review — that's my job, not yours. Just send what you have.
Will you try to sell me more stuff afterward?
No. The review is a fixed-price, one-time engagement. You pay $249, you get your report, we're done. If you want something else later, you can come back. I won't chase you.
Do I need to be on a call?
No. The entire engagement is async. You send data, I send a report. Everything by email. No calendar holds, no Zoom links, no awkward small talk.
How long does it really take?
Five business days from the day I receive your data. If I'm running full, I'll tell you up front and give you a firm start date.
Who sees my data?
Only me. Your data stays on my machine, is used only for your review, and is deleted after delivery unless you ask otherwise. I don't share it, sell it, or reuse it.
What if I don't find the report useful?
If after reading it you genuinely don't think it was worth $249, tell me why and I'll refund you. I'd rather know what was missing than keep your money.
