All products sold by The BI Playbook are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products can be accessed immediately upon purchase, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for the following reasons:

A 14-day refund is available if the product did not deliver what was described. As this is a downloadable PDF framework, we ask that you contact us before requesting a refund so we can address any concerns directly.

BI Now! ($549)
A 14-day refund is available if the tool did not function as described for your data. Given the nature of this product, we will first attempt to resolve any technical issues. If we are unable to do so within 5 business days, a full refund will be issued.

Complete BI Playbook Bundle ($549)
The same 14-day policy applies. If you purchased the bundle and only have an issue with one component, we will work with you to resolve it rather than requiring a full refund.

If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have additional statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) or the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
